Founder Story
Built by someone who saw the crisis from the inside.
Riz Vazir spent years inside Fortune 50 companies — as a Director of Business Strategy at Microsoft and a Senior Delivery Lead at Aon — watching digital distraction quietly erode the performance, wellbeing, and humanity of the people around him.
He founded Scroll By Choice to address what he calls a health crisis caused as collateral damage from the unrestricted monetization of human attention. The mission: equip people to thrive alongside technology, not be consumed by it.
Riz brings a rare combination to this work — Prosci-certified change management, an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a computer science and economics foundation, and deep experience helping large organizations actually change behavior at scale.
He doesn't lecture about screen time. He builds systems that make change stick.
