For your next offsite, team meeting or training - we provide expert-led digital wellness workshops, keynotes and coaching.

Employees are tired from being “always-on”, connected to E-mail, Slack or Teams. 3 out of 5 people on your team checks emails in the first 15 minutes of waking up. And it’s taking a toll on their wellness. 50% of managers report feeling burnt out.

This is also costing your business. Beyond shrinking attention, poor Digital habits show up as low morale, presenteeism & attrition. 40% of employees admit to checking social media while on work conference calls!

In multi-generational & hybrid workplaces, defining shared digital norms for teams isn't straightforward. Is texting colleagues, OK? What about taking a TikTok break during work hours? A lacking digital culture leads to lowered productivity & employees feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Add to that nearly 60% of Gen-Z struggles with maintaining a healthy balance with their screens.

Recent projections show that employers lose nearly $5000 per employee each year due to social media distractions alone.

Employees also expect meaningful workforce health support. The 2023 Deloitte Well-being @ Work survey uncovered that 75% employees expected their employer to adopt new standards and practices for human sustainability. Less than half of the executives met that bar.

Using our digital wellness framework, organizations can help employees boost performance while investing in their wellness. A win-win!

P.S. Additional information about Workshops:

Users, selected by the organizer, are invited to complete a private assessment of their current experience with technology, as well as their self-evaluation of several quality-of-life measures. This produces their Choice Score which acts as a baseline for their digital wellness and can be tracked for improvement over time.

Participants also receive a depersonalized team-wide view generating clarity and common ground.

Workshops can be delivered in-person or in a virtual setting. Delivery lengths are flexible but typically range from 90 minutes to 3 hours.
